• Act as a liaison between business units and the IT division to ensure business needs are translated into effective technology solutions.
• Identify the technology needs of various business units and provide recommendations on digital innovations that can improve efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze business processes and propose appropriate IT solutions, including applications, systems, and infrastructure.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and support the solution development process through to implementation.
• Maintain strong and effective communication between business and technology teams.
• Manage project prioritization based on business urgency and impact.
• Ensure all implemented technology solutions align with the organization's digital strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1,5 - 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or IT Business Partner, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Strong capability in preparing business requirement documents, process flow diagrams, and effectively communicating with technical teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to bridge business and IT needs.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and Agile/Scrum projects is a plus.

• Work closely with Agile Project Team (may consist of Devops, Developer and Product team) to conduct performance testing.
• Develop scripts using Jmeter, LoadRunner, or other related testing tools and conduct performance testing.
• Manage and lead team of QA engineers to ensure the testing requirements and quality of product in the assigned timeline.
• Work cooperatively with product owners to ensure clear brief and deliver quality.
• Ensure all testing projects are on track in terms of deliverables - quantity and quality.
• Maintaining the testing environment and existing testing tools
• Continue to improve and optimize testing solution.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System or similar IT background.

• Minimum 2 years+ of experience as Performance Test Engineer.

• Minimum 2 years+ of experience as Developer / System Analyst or related IT fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience (in total) in related IT fields.

• Familiar with Banking Industry products.

• Good understanding with Java / C / Phyton Programming Language.

• Good understanding with Oracle/SQL Queries and Docker/Red Hat Openshift solutions.

• Having good English and Bahasa Indonesia listening & writing skills, and a keen eye for detail.

• Having solid time management skills and good analytical skills.

• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

• Comfortable working in a face-paced and dynamic environment.

• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.

• Technical Skill: Go Language (Golang), Microservice, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Tech Stack, Redis, Message Queue, Kafka, Restful API, Json, OAUTH
• Min. 1-2 years as Back End Developer with Go Language
• Min. Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Management, or other relevant fields
• Having a basic knowledge in banking industry or banking transaction journal in general

• Writing new code to fix bugs or improve existing functionality or design
• Working with clients to understand their business needs and create technical solutions that meet those needs
• Working with other developers to ensure that requirements are met by the finished product
• Maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting existing systems
