Performance Test Engineer

• Work closely with Agile Project Team (may consist of Devops, Developer and Product team) to conduct performance testing.
• Develop scripts using Jmeter, LoadRunner, or other related testing tools and conduct performance testing.
• Manage and lead team of QA engineers to ensure the testing requirements and quality of product in the assigned timeline.
• Work cooperatively with product owners to ensure clear brief and deliver quality.
• Ensure all testing projects are on track in terms of deliverables - quantity and quality.
• Maintaining the testing environment and existing testing tools
• Continue to improve and optimize testing solution.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System or similar IT background.

• Minimum 2 years+ of experience as Performance Test Engineer.

• Minimum 2 years+ of experience as Developer / System Analyst or related IT fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience (in total) in related IT fields.

• Familiar with Banking Industry products.

• Good understanding with Java / C / Phyton Programming Language.

• Good understanding with Oracle/SQL Queries and Docker/Red Hat Openshift solutions.

• Having good English and Bahasa Indonesia listening & writing skills, and a keen eye for detail.

• Having solid time management skills and good analytical skills.

• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

• Comfortable working in a face-paced and dynamic environment.
