Job Descriptions:
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
- Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
- Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Replace faulty network hardware components when required.
Responsibilities :
- Support Preventive & Corrective Maintenance for Checkpoint, Cisco, PaloAlto, McAfee, Fortinet & TrendMicro
- Including reporting, documentation, and standby monitoring.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and support on system issues and follow up proactively with internal or external parties for issue resolution progress
- Ability to place clients at the forefront of all interactions, understanding their requirements, and creating a positive client experience throughout the total client journey
Persyaratan
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)
- Experience: 3 years experience or above
- Experience working in Banking & Financial Services Industry
- Experience of Managed Services
- Experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties
- Familiar implementation security system with a Checkpoint, Cisco, PaloAlto, McAfee, Fortinet & TrendMicro
- Preq. Knowledge: Have a good knowledge for fundamental networking areas. OSI Model, Data Link, Network, Transport and Application Layers, Switching & Routing, Load Balancing, Security and Application Delivery Platforms
- Having Network certification (CCNP or equivalent certification)
- Certifications relevant to the services provided (certifications carry additional weightage on a candidate’s qualification for the role)
