- Bachelor Degree (S1), semua jurusan
- Experience: Junior (0-3 thn), Middle (3-5 thn), Senior (5≥ thn)
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues in OutSystems apps.
- Experience in monitoring Outsystems performance using tools like Dynatrace, FogLight, Elastic, or built-in monitoring to ensure app health and implement fixes as required.
- Experience in using incident management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Familiar with OutSystems environment, configuration, and updates
