Making content plan for social media (Tiktok & Instagram)
Uploading content for any social media (Tiktok & Instagram) performance.
Evaluating social media posts and making improvements in each platform.
Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions and plan digital campaigns to build community engagement online
Collaborate with HR and sales teams to develop brand awareness at social media contents to manage reputation and coordinate actions.

Fresh Graduates are welcome
Preferable major in DKV, Communication and Marketing Bachelor Degree
Basic understanding of social media trends
Broad knowledge of the social media landscape, platforms, and technologies (especially TikTok & Instagram).
Highly creative and motivated
Impressive oral and written communication skills
A passion for social media and content development.
Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to learn new skills
Experienced in optimizing Instagram and TikTiok ads performance.
Having copywriting & content writing skill for contents and caption is a must.
Familiarity with paid social media advertising and boosting posts.
Experienced in video editing and social media reels/tiktok is a plus.
Have passion with content creating creativity and up to date on social media trends.
Available for 3 Months and Work Onsite
