Deskripsi
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Persyaratan
- Hold bachelor degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication;
- Excellent written & verbal communication skill;
- Min. 3 years experience at Operating System (specially Linux OS, and Windows Server);
- Deep understanding in Operating System Configuration, shell scripting;
- Having experience with operating system virtualization;
- Having experience in application installation and configuration;
- Having experience in network computing;
- Good and effective communication and leadership skills;
- Proactive, self-learn motivated person, and eager to learn new technologies;
- Good verbal and written English communication skills;
- Good interpersonal skills to be able to relate with people or personnel from different units of the company;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan, or strategy;
